What hypnotherapy actually is

Hypnotherapy is a guided process that brings you into a deeply relaxed, focused state — similar to the feeling just before you fall asleep.
In this state, your conscious mind quiets down and your subconscious becomes accessible.
This is where your patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses actually live. Not in your thoughts — but deeper, in the part of you that runs automatically.
Unlike talk therapy, which works with what you already know, hypnotherapy works with what's underneath. That's why it can reach things that years of thinking, analysing, and willpower haven't been able to shift.

I’m originally from the Czech Republic, and over the years my path has taken me across many parts of the world. 🌍
I am a certified QHHT practitioner with 3 years of experience and over 100 sessions guided. Along the way, I worked with leaders, companies, and individuals — helping them shape their visions — until I realized I hadn’t yet fully built my own.
That moment turned me inward. Through years of reflection, meditation, and lived experience, I began developing an inner foundation — a way of staying grounded and connected, even when life feels uncertain or chaotic.
My life’s mission is to help people access the deeper layers of their subconscious, so they can live with more clarity, joy, and truth.
To do this authentically, I’ve had to walk my own path — and I continue learning through diverse mental, spiritual, and embodied approaches from different cultures around the world.
What I’ve learned most is this: when we bring the body, mind, and inner awareness into coherence, life begins to feel lighter, freer, and more aligned.
I meet you with openness and without judgment.
My role is not to tell you who to become —
