I lead group workshops and speak on stages - bringing hypnosis, nervous system work, and real change to rooms ready for it, from intimate group sessions to festival stages.

Based in Barcelona, with group sessions and speaking in Madrid, Prague, Brno, Mexico City, and other locations by arrangement.

The Deep Activation Workshops

A guided, 60–90 minute group experience open to anyone - no prior session required.

We work through a real pattern together online or live. Topics draw from across my work - neuroscience (like the dopamine loop), breathwork, or hypnosis, depending on the group. It's a way to experience this work directly, whether or not you go on to a private session afterward.

I've run this several times already. Every group is different: the topics, the energy, what comes up, but the format holds.
