Is online hypnosis as effective as in person? Yes — the depth of the work depends on your openness and relaxation, not physical location. Many clients experience profound shifts in online sessions. All you need is a quiet space and headphones.
Will I lose control or be made to do things? No. Hypnosis is not what you see on stage. You remain fully aware and in control at all times. Nothing happens without your consent — I simply guide you into a focused inner state.
How many sessions will I need? It depends on what you're working on. Some people experience significant shifts in a single session. Deeper patterns — especially around trauma or long-held beliefs — often benefit from 2–3 sessions.
What's the difference between hypnotherapy and regular therapy? Traditional therapy works primarily with the conscious mind — talking, analysing, reframing. Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious, where the patterns actually live. It's not a replacement for therapy but often goes deeper, faster.
